Came in with my family today around 5:15 ish PM for dinner and left about 6:40pm. Our goal was to slip in right at the start of the rush so that we could have a timely dinner but not have to wait for ever. MAN WERE WE WRONG! After being seated and getting drinks it pretty much felt like we were forgotten. We ordered almost right away and then proceeded to wait about 20 ish minutes (it was getting busy so we understood up to this point). After we got our food a little before 6 and I remember looking at the clock and being 6:17pm and during the time and all the way up to the end of our visit and through it all until the end we might not have existed. We watched people be sat around us, the red headed waitress came in and out of our row several times, and I wish I was kidding, completely ignored us. We were ready to go and just sitting there. When the waitress finally came back and tried pretend she didn't ignore us all this time I told her firmly we just want the check so we can go. At that point she could tell I was not satisfied and almost all effort of customer service dropped from her demeanor and treatment. We got the bare minimum she could afford and we just got out of t

I love some Pizza Joint. There are alot of mixed reviews but I think it just depends on your taste. I like the option to get a slice how I want it, its always a giant slice and made to perfection. We love all their appetizers. The kids meals are good deals. Fun atmosphere, the booths we like are always open. We have had alot of servers over the years and they have all been great too!

Ordered 2 strombolis from pizza joint. I was looking forward to them. When I picked them up the bag felt light but did not think anything of it. Finally get home and there is 1 piece of pepperoni in one and a couple of small rounded meat in the other. Looks like a few pieces of ground beef. I got bread. This is alll bread. I paid 30 bucks plus tip for bread. Never coming back. Hope your food cost is down. Must be. Now I have to go find something else to eat. I did call and they offered me a freebie next time I come in. I don’t like free stuff. I like my food without extra special sauce. Not like that solves my hunger problem right now. Terrible. Responding to your response: Let your team know Strombolis are a sought after item by any italian food eater. Most importantly they have cheese in them! Should be a featured item. Can judge a pizza joint based on their strombolis everytime. If your going to take the time to make one make it right. And charge whatever you want for it. I would pay anything for a good stromboli...

First time patron. Excellent pizza. Glad to see cup and char pepperoni is a choice of topping. Kaylee, our waitress, was very friendly and helpful. Only tweak I would advise, is to double the red sauce on the pizza...it was way too light.
